Who we are

What this website collects

Very little, by design. This is a static website. Specifically:

• No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No analytics. We run no analytics or tracking product. We do not measure your visit, build a profile, or share behavioural data with anyone.
• No third-party content. Every font, stylesheet, script and image is served from this domain. Nothing loads from a CDN, a font service, a video host, or a social network, so no third party is told that you visited.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not participate in any advertising network.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested, a timestamp, the referring page and the browser user-agent string. These exist to keep the site available and secure, they are rotated and deleted in the normal course of operation, and they are not used to identify you or combined with anything else.

The enquiry form

The form on our contact and homepage sections does not submit your details to us over the internet. When you press the button, your browser opens your own email program with the fields you filled in already written into a draft message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and if you close the draft we never receive anything.

This means the information reaches us as an ordinary email, subject to your email provider's terms and ours. If you would rather not use the form, write to [email protected] directly — it goes to the same place.

What we do with what you send us

When you contact us about an assessment, a demo, a quotation or a role, we use your details to reply to you and to progress that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Who else sees it

Our email is hosted by Microsoft as our email provider, so messages you send us are processed on their infrastructure. Beyond that, your enquiry is seen by the ForceFriction AI staff who need to act on it. We do not pass it to anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally obliged to.

Where your information is held

We operate from the United States, the Gulf and India, and our staff in those locations may need to see an enquiry in order to answer it. Where information moves between those locations, it does so under the safeguards required by the applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will not charge you and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and it accepts no uploads and stores no submissions. Enquiry correspondence is held in our email system under access controls appropriate to it.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it. This version is dated July 2026.
